Level 1

Onboard the AlUla Way

This introductory level covers the fundamentals of tourism and hospitality in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on AlUla. It includes two mandatory courses that provide essential knowledge about AlUla's touristic offerings. In addition, it covers fundamental hospitality courses such as ‘Guest Service Experience’ and ‘Work-life Balance’.

Level 2

Learn the AlUla Way

At this intermediate level, you will build on the basics of hospitality, delving into topics like ‘Business Ethics’, ‘Profit and Cost Control Techniques’, and ‘Service Excellence’, among others. This level aims to provide a deeper understanding of tourism and hospitality principles.

Level 3

Specialize the AlUla Way

This advanced level offers options for specialization to match your interests. It focuses on applying your hospitality skills, specifically in AlUla. The specializations include three key areas: ‘The World of F&B’, ‘Events and Moments’, and the ‘Hospitality Business’. By completing this level, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and its application in AlUla.

Level 4

Master the AlUla Way

The final learning level is developed in collaboration with hospitality businesses. It offers tailored and brand-specific courses, as well as opportunities to revisit and refine your skills using Smart Learning Tool. This level is designed to help you master the subject thoroughly.
